This is a professional series class including the teaching of the following classes in this 6 class series. Plus also extra online question and answers. I will also have an additional class to rehearse and practice all classes learned.

6. French filling class which will include, Bavarian Pastry Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Cream, Fresh Fruit Fillings. Pistachio, Nutella creams
7. French Puffs, Eclairs
8. 3 Types of Donut making class
9. Brioche Bread, French Toast
10. Sweet dough items, sticky buns, and cinnamon rolls and muffins
